I hereby grant the above and its designee, Rent Grow, a credit reporting agency, the right to process this application for the purpose of obtaining a rental lease. In compliance with the "Fair Credit Reporting Act" this notice is to inform you that in connection with your request for a rental lease, an investigative consumer report may be prepared whereby information is obtained through interviews with employers, landlords, banks and financial companies. You have the right to make a written request within a reasonable period of time to receive additional information about the nature and scope of this investigation. Upon completion, Rent Grow will return this application, together with an investigative report to BCMI. BCMI will notify you of its decision. Any false or misleading information made by applicant shall automatically reject this application.

Authorization to Release Information

I authorize you to furnish ACS, PO Box 215 Colingswood, NJ 08108 with any Tenant, Employment, Financial or Credit Information that they may request at this time. I would appreciate your immediate response to this request.


  1. The sum deposited herewith as a Security Deposit is refundable if this application is not approved by the agent for the apartment complex.
  2. If the agent for the apartment complex approves this Application, Applicant(s) agree that within seven (7) days of having been notified of the approval of this Application to execute the owner's standard form of Lease Agreement (a copy of which will be made available upon request for Applicaion(s) review).
  3. If the agent of the apartment complex accepts this Application, and the Applicant(s) do not enter into a Lease as aforesaid, Applicant(s) shall be liable for all damages, including lost rental, incurred by the owners as a result thereof, and the entire sums paid, including those paid as a Security Deposit may be applied to such damages and losses, if any. In the event no losses or damages are incurred, the Security Deposit shall be returned.
  4. If a landlord required from a prospective Tenant any fees other than a Security Deposit as defined by Section 8-213(a) of the Real Property Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, and these fees exceed $25.00, then the Landlord shall return the fees, subject to the exceptions below, or be liable for twice the amount of the fees as damage. Such returns shall be made no later than fifteen (15) days following the date of occupancy or the written communication, by either party, to the other, of a decision that no tenancy shall occur.
  5. The Landlord may retain only that portion of the fees actually expended for a credit check or other expenses arising out of the Application, and shall return that the portion of the fees not actually expended on behalf of the Tenant making application.
  6. The Landlord agrees to lease to the Applicant(s) the above specified apartment so long as Applicant(s) qualify for tenancy under the criteria established by the agent for the apartment complex.
  7. Should any part of this document be held unenforceable, the remainder shall be deemed in full force and effect.
  8. I hereby affirm that my answers to the foregoin questions are true and correct, and that I have not knowingly witheld any fact or circumstance which would, if disclosed, affect my Application unfavorably.
